-50% advance and remaining amount after completion of projects
-Customer is required to pay the yearly renewal charges for AMC, and Hosting.
-Project line: The estimated timeline for completing website is 14-days
-Extra pages will be charged separately.
-Work will commence only after the approval of quotation.
-Any additional service or changes rather than the quotation will be charged extra.
-Cash, Cheque and Online Transfer should be done in favour of Ishara Cloud Solutions.
-Annual subscription and AMC Invoice will be raised 15 days prior to the due date which need to pay before the expiry(Only applicable for website, hosting and emails).
-Google services & any third party services amount will be credited directly to service provider.
-The quotation is valid for the duration of 30 days.
-All the service will be blocked if the payment is not credited according to the fixed billing schedule.
-All the content related to the project should be given by the customer.
-Please note that this quotation is based on the information provided to us. Any changes or additional features requested during the project may incur additional costs.
-Annual maintenance fee is payable in advance.
